Sharpen your edge in this 6-week Adult Hockey Development Program, open to all skill levels 18+

6 Tuesdays in a row, running Jan 28 to March 4th, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

As this is an adult program, we’ll take time up front to evaluate skill levels and discuss growth opportunities.  

We’ll cover skating fundamentals including edgework, stride mechanics, and explosiveness; Cross-overs, pivoting, stops and starts, and weight transfer. And of course puck control, stick handling, and shooting.
